1) Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of juanroofing.com, our communications (including SMS/MMS), and our roofing consultations, estimates, installations, repairs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

3) Quotes, Estimates & Work Orders

Quotes/estimates are based on information available at the time and are valid for the period stated (or 30 days if not stated).
Final scope, price, and schedule may change after on-site inspection, material selection, and permitting.
Any warranty terms will be provided in your contract and/or manufacturer documentation.

4) Payments

Payment terms are specified in your contract or invoice. Late amounts may accrue interest as permitted by law.
You authorize us to pass payment processing fees charged by third-party processors (if any) as disclosed at checkout/invoice.

5) Appointments & Access

You agree to provide safe access to the property and to keep pets/obstacles clear.
Weather and material availability may impact scheduling. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

6) User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to access systems without authorization, or infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights.

7) Intellectual Property

All site content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Juan Roofing or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

8) Third-Party Links/Tools

We may provide links to third-party sites/tools (e.g., financing, scheduling). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9) Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Terms

Opt-In. By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you authorize Juan Roofing to send recurring marketing and transactional texts to the number you provided. Consent is not required to buy goods/services. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.

Opt-Out & Help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help. You may also contact support@juanroofing.com or call (888) 5626-111.

Program Content. Promotions, estimates, appointment reminders, service updates, surveys, and support.

Carrier Disclosure. Carriers are not liable for delayed/undelivered messages.

Age. 18+ or consent of a parent/guardian.

10) Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a written contract or required by law, the Services and site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Roofing work can be impacted by weather, prior conditions, and building structures not visible at estimate time.

11) Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juan Roofing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue. Our total liability related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific work giving rise to the claim.

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Juan Roofing from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

13) Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
